Custom Cut Steel was formed as a Colorado Limited Liability Company in 2005 with the expressed purpose of manufacturing structural building frame systems and components utilizing custom made Computer Aided Manufacturing equipment and a proprietary, Digital, Flow-Through Design to Production process.
Custom Cut Steel is pleased to announce that, after 24 months of software and hardware development, the first phase of the production plant was completed, giving CCS automated roll-forming capabilities for 2x4 (1 5/8 x 3 1/5) products. This profile (shape) has wide application in roof and floor trusses as well as many other residential and commercial construction applications such as structural and non-load bearing walls. Future production expansions will include a variety of profiles including "C" joists up to 12 inches wide.
Custom Cut Steel's Management, Engineering Staff and Advisory Board Members have in excess of 100 years industry experience representing most aspects of both residential and commercial building construction.
